7. Paying for a Sonnus® order
By submitting payment information you represent that you are authorised to use the payment method provided and that the information supplied is true, correct and complete. Payment is processed at the time your order is placed. We accept Visa and MasterCard.
8. Sonnus® order acceptance, subscriptions, automatic payment and cancellation
Your electronic order confirmation, or any form of confirmation, does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or deny shipment to anyone for any reason, and to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order.
Subscriptions. If you sign up for a subscription product, you are enrolled in an automatic billing programme. Your payment method is charged on the stated cadence — typically every 30 days, or at the delivery cadence you choose — until you cancel. By submitting a subscription order you expressly agree to the auto-renewal offer and acknowledge that you understand this policy.
Cancellation. You may cancel at any time through the customer portal or by emailing support@usesonnus.com. To avoid a recurring charge, cancel before the renewal date. Renewals processed after the 90-day guarantee window are not refundable — see the refund policy, section 7.
9. Sonnus® shipping
Shipping timeframes, carriers and delivery conditions are set out in the shipping policy. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs or incorrect address information provided at checkout.
10. Sonnus® delivery confirmation
Carrier tracking data is used as confirmation of delivery. Where tracking confirms delivery, the order is considered fulfilled.
11. The Sonnus® money-back guarantee
The guarantee, its window and its conditions are set out in full in the refund policy. Sonnus® is covered by a 90-day money-back guarantee from the original purchase date, with no return required. The full conditions are on the refund policy page.
12. Standard Sonnus® return and refund policy
See the refund policy. Refund requests are reviewed case by case and are not automatically guaranteed.
13. Sonnus® on social media
Content you post to our social media presences, or that references us on social platforms, may be used, reproduced and displayed by us. You are responsible for what you post, and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it.
14. Sonnus® disclaimer of warranties
Except where prohibited by law, the products and the site are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, or that results obtained from using it will be accurate or reliable.
15. Sonnus® disclaimer of liabilities
Except where prohibited by law, in no event shall Sonnus®, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees or suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits, arising out of or connected to your use of the site or the products, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
16. Resolving disputes with Sonnus®: binding arbitration and class action waiver
Please read this provision carefully. It requires you to arbitrate disputes and limits the way you can seek relief.
- Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms, the site or the products is resolved by binding individual arbitration, not in court and not before a judge or jury.
- You and Sonnus® each waive the right to a jury trial.
- Claims must be brought in your individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective or representative proceeding.
- The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims.
Small claims court remains available for qualifying claims. Where an opt-out right applies, it must be exercised in writing within the period stated in the notice on the official Sonnus® terms page.
17. Indemnifying Sonnus®
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sonnus®, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by a third party arising out of your breach of these terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
18. Third-party websites linked from Sonnus®
The site may include links to third-party websites and materials that are not affiliated with or controlled by us. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy or practices, and we do not warrant them.
19. Sonnus® testimonials, reviews and other submissions
Testimonials and reviews reflect the experience of the individual customer shown and are not typical results. Content you submit may be used, edited, published and distributed by us without restriction and without compensation, and you are responsible for its accuracy and for holding the rights to it.
