Sonnus® is a nightly sleep gummy sold direct to customers in the United States through this website. It was formulated around one idea: that most sleep products override sleep instead of rebuilding it. Rather than a single sedating ingredient at a heavy dose, Sonnus® combines ten sleep-support ingredients with a deliberately low 0.9 mg of melatonin.
Why Sonnus® exists
The common approach to sleep supplements is a melatonin megadose — 5 mg, 10 mg, sometimes more.
