Sonnus® results vary from person to person

Any experience described on this site — in text or in the customer videos — is that individual's own. Sleep is affected by stress, medication, caffeine, screen habits, shift work, sleep apnoea and dozens of other factors. No supplement can promise a specific outcome, and Sonnus® does not.

Do not take Sonnus® if

• You are under 18.
• You are pregnant or nursing, unless your physician has approved it.
• You have a known allergy to any ingredient listed on the Sonnus® ingredients page.

Speak to your physician before taking Sonnus® if

• You take prescription medication, especially sedatives, antidepressants, anticoagulants or blood-pressure medication.
• You have a diagnosed sleep disorder such as sleep apnoea, restless legs syndrome or chronic insomnia.
• You have liver, kidney or thyroid conditions, or you are scheduled for surgery.
• Melatonin has previously affected you unusually.

When Sonnus® is not the right answer

Sleep that has been broken for months is worth investigating properly. Insomnia that does not respond to routine changes, loud snoring with daytime exhaustion, or waking gasping for air are all reasons to see a doctor rather than to try another supplement. A supplement is not a substitute for that assessment.
