Every message gets an answer, and most replies go out within one business day. The fastest route depends on what you need — order problems, product questions and refunds each have a different shortest path.

Help with your Sonnus® order

Tracking, address changes, delivery problems, refunds and subscription changes. Include your order number and the email address used at checkout — without those two we cannot locate the order, and the reply turns into a round trip.

• Where is my order? Tracking is emailed when the package leaves the facility. Delivery times are on the shipping page.
• I want a refund. You have 90 days from the purchase date, and no return is required. The steps are on the refund policy page.
• Pause or cancel a subscription. No phone call and no cancellation fee. Message us before the next shipment is processed.
• Wrong or damaged item. Contact us within 14 days and it is replaced at no cost.

Reporting a reaction to Sonnus®

If you experience an unexpected reaction, stop taking Sonnus® and contact a healthcare professional. Tell us as well, so it is on record, and in the United States you can also report it to the FDA MedWatch programme.
